Local account in Windows 11 without Microsoft account

Microsoft requires an online account during Win11 setup. The procedure below lets you create a local account — we use it for system installation in the service.

During system installation, on the first setup screen (OOBE), follow these steps:

1Press SHIFT + F10 — the command prompt will open.

2Type the command below and press Enter. The system will restart.

>C:\windows\system32\OOBE\BYPASSNRO

3After restart choose setup without internet connection to create a local account.
